At GymGum, we want your first experience with us to be completely risk-free. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first purchase. No questions asked, no return required.

 

If for any reason you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, simply email us at support@gymgum.co and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

⚠️ Please note: To keep things fair, our first-purchase guarantee covers up to $35 on refunds. If your first order was larger than that, we’ll refund $35 and help you find the right product or size next time.

 

After your first order, our standard policy applies:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in original packaging, with more than half of the gum remaining.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Gift cards are non-returnable.
