At GymGum, we want your first experience with us to be completely risk-free. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first purchase. No questions asked, no return required.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, simply email us at [email protected] and we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

⚠️ Please note: To keep things fair, our first-purchase guarantee covers up to $35 on refunds. If your first order was larger than that, we’ll refund $35 and help you find the right product or size next time.

After your first order, our standard policy applies:

• Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be returned in original packaging, with more than half of the gum remaining.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

• Gift cards are non-returnable.
